At AEI, we believe that a new approach is needed to integrate biological and ecological methods in food production. For us, it is essential to minimize the use of non-renewable inputs that damage the environment and to make fruitful use of the collective capacities of farmers and employers to work together to solve common obstacles of agricultural and natural resources, such as pests, watersheds, management irrigation, forests and credit.

Sustainability
& Certifications
Sustainability in agricultural systems is based on the need to develop practices that do not have adverse effects on environmental goods and services and lead to improvements in food productivity.

Support for the environment
We are committed to natural nutrition. We rid our production chain of chemicals or fertilizers to guarantee a responsible diet and a positive impact on the earth.

Organic products
We ensure that our products do not have contact with chemicals or pesticides at any stage of the crop. Our greatest care is to provide the consumer with a 100% natural product.

Educational support
We are committed to the integral development of our collaborators through advice and technical support.

Financing in farms
We promote the growth of our farmers through financing to transform their conventional crops to organic, accompanying them from conception in the field to sale.

Creation of a children's shelter
To transcend the life of our community, we promote the development of the Achalay Association. A shelter for children in a state of abandonment that protects the future of new generations with food and education programs at all levels.

Waste reuse
We reduce the environmental impact by giving new value to the waste in our production chain. Depending on the process, the losses can be derived to more versatile presentations or as livestock feed.

We take care of water
In AEI we are aware of the scarcity of this vital element, for this reason we manage our processes according to a sustainable water management system, in order to continue guaranteeing access to this resource in our diet, but even more so, in the life of tomorrow.
